Fidelity Cashback (2%)

Amex: Effective January 15, 2021, the definition of a cash advance will now include “precious metal coins or bullion.” However, as of July 2021, this does not seem to be enforced.

I got a coin and since I didn't read the email carefully I placed it in an Express FedEx box. unfortunately for me it never got scanned and its been 2 and a half weeks and still nothing. I called FedEx but they said there is nothing they can do.
has anyone had this issue before? is there anything I can do?

Problem with Fedex and UPS is they do not cover coins, gold, silver, palladium etc. Fedex lost a package I shipped last year with silver coins and they never located the package, no refunds etc, I only ship coins with USPS and buy insurance , the only safe way and still cheaper than Fedex .

This is not accurate, as 1. FedEx does cover coins (up to $1,000), 2. You can get third party insurance. As a matter of fact, most coins and bullion that are shipped in the US are shipped via FedEx with third party umbrella coverage.

As it relates to this case, every single shipping label that we sent our members carried full insurance coverage under FedEx guidelines. The reason this person is having an issue is because his label was never scanned by FedEx in the first place as he placed a Ground label in an Express box.

wow!! what a bust.. if it never got scanned then it was probably either stolen or lost because scanning is the first step.. maybe try looking into the driver who you gave it to (if you know him)

Reagan Coins & Chronicles on sale today... Probably a no-go but presales on ebay show some closed around $105-130... not enough to make this a go w/ 150k minted.  Any buyers looking to pay a SMALL premium to bypass household limits?

1. The limit, at least as of now, will be 1 per household.
2. The price of $115.90 is wrong in either way, as it'll be $68.95 per set.
3. There'll be 150,000!!! of them available, that's three times the JFK, six times LBJ, and almost ten times Eisenhower and Truman!

As of now, we're not certain we will run a deal, and if we do, it'll surely be for a real small profit for members. (We only gave $20 for the LBJ last year.)
You estimated the price yourself!?only wrong on the HH limit!

The household limit was going to be 1 until about a week ago,  It changed to 5 and then to 3. We're not buying any.

I don't know if AI (or anybody else for that matter) is still buying, but if you (a DDF member) bought a few to flip and have not locked in a sale yet, I'd recommended selling it asap, or canceling it if still possible.

As expected, they only sold a fraction of the mintage on day one (~21.5k out of the 150k!), and I'd expect the Mint will be lifting the HH limits on these within a week or two.

I will likely be buying a small amount (but for that reason, only) for a small premium.
