Interesting, I hadn't noticed that. But you're right, it is there. As it were, that exclusion does not appear to be enforced universally. My previous Mint purchase with the Fidelity 2% card earned cash back.

Actually, I had assumed it did earn points. I went back to the statement in question and calculated out the points earned, since they don't tell you which items earn and don't earn. I was wrong, US Mint Coin Sales earned no rewards dollars on the Fidelity 2% card. The T&C are enforced as written.
