Don't know who PFS is and have nothing against them. They are fully aware what others are paying and should not need any screenshot. What dose "might" mean anyway? Either match or don't.

Its called good business and economics. Why up everyone's offer when only some are looking for higher offers?
Its the same reason stores offer coupons. They could just lower the prices across the board as well.

I dont think they are low balling. They were the first to come out with the offer and it was generous.

But imo dan is doing a disservice to his readers by running this ad without letting ppl know they can make $100 more elsewhere with as much effort. Imo he should only have accepted the second add with permission to put some sort of disclaimer.

It's an advertisement. I think most people know that advertisements are not the best deals. Otherwise, dan would just feature it without them needing to pay for it

Dan doesn’t have a responsibility to the other people. If they pay him he will put their ad. He wrote that it is an ad. It is on the people to do their due diligence

I disagree. I think he ought to look out for readers best interests too. He gets a revenue stream from them as well. Of course he can do whatever he wants to do.
