Hey guys quick question. So I ordered the famous 2019-S Enhanced Reverse Proof $1 American Silver Eagle PCGS PR69 FS FLag Label coin. I got lucky, but I already told PFS buyers club I would opt in. Is that legally binding? They already sent me a prepaid shipping label but I'm realizing I can make much more money without going through them. Thanks in advance for your input!

As I wrote on a different thread:
According to Halachah, backing out puts one in the category of Mechusarei Emanah.
If there was a set of rules to agree to by opting-in, it could be a a lot worse than Mechusarei Emanah. Possibly even disqualifying the offender from being a Kosher witness!
This was what I heard from a Rav.

If you backed out with PFS prior to the coin sale going live, is that unethical or against Halacha?  They did have that option online.
I backed out because I decided to keep the coin, and while I was set up to get two, realized it would be super difficult. And I only got one at the end...

Just wondering about the logic of opt-in. The deal is that I have to pay for something and then sell it to the coin deals.

If PFS or whatever will payout beforehand than I would understand than there is a commitment, us consumers that we only know about the coin deal from a paid advertisement on Dans Deals and we are not familiar that most of the times the coins value go up, how can you make us committed to a ‘makoch tues’?

You’ll try to bring 3 examples that the price went down... listen up that’s the price of doing business today, as amazon made the path that the consumer is always right.
