The same as with PFS. They can make more money selling to someone else, and neither of their previous buyers will do anything to stop them. Simple as that.

Well a lot of the coins that were sold had the description saying "confirmed order"

The first 100 are signed by hand. That's a one in 300 chance. I don't know if/how much it'll play a role in value, but people on collectors forums definitely are desperate for theirs to be it.

all certificates have a printed signed signature. Will it be a hand printed signature?

100 of them are signed by hand, doesn't say that all of them are signed, just says they come with a numbered certificate of authenticity.  That's my read, at least.
