Got this dreaded email on one of my coins.
Rep first tried telling me nothing is wrong, "it shows processing on my end, sir."
When I pushed back, noting I had ordered more than 100 coins from the US Mint and there is always an issue
every single time an order gets this email notice, regardless of whether it shows processing, he responded, "Yes, we're having issues due to the coronavirus, and it likely means that we just sold out and we have no more left." Of course, that's nonsense.
Knowing this is 99% chance this is a CC issue, I asked him to reprocess the CC, but I'm not convinced he's doing anything (or even that he knows how to do that).
Anyone else?
