Would they go back on sale over the weekend? Or do they wait until Monday?

Probably not in high demand like today. Only 1945 were minted for today, where as this has 7500. This will also be sold out quickly but won't get similar commission.

Mintage alone isn’t a factor, there are many coins that have a low mintage.
When it’s a popular coin such as the ASE or AGE (The most collected silver bullion/coin in the world) and a low mintage there is a massive demand and a short supply and the price skyrockets. Collectors need these coins to complete the set.
There also times where in the short term prices are inflated due to artificial demand (see this thread for context.)

What is your take on the Gold Proof from yesterday? Do you see it as being artificially inflated?

No.

Any idea where it can go to? Some are suggesting 30k. Is that realistic?

Putting an arbitrary number, is nothing more than pure speculation.

But this is a Ryder gimmick that in the long term might alienate many collectors.

Try and get in touch with an agent but most likely nothing will be done.
