Got an email saying they can't fulfill my order and I should call within 48 hours or my order will be cancelled.  Huh?

From past experience, It may be a CC processing issue.
Call or Chat and they will reprocess the charge.

I’m currently at 57 minutes hold.

What i find most annoying is that the two numbers on the little label don’t correlate to the USM order number (the external one they share with you), so all you have is a tracking number to go on.
