I can't imagine this was just a random error. My thoughts are it's related to some other change they are planning on making. It would have been nice if they published something that wasn't exactly the same as their longhaul rate for CX so we could infer a preview of what that change will be. Alas, we will expect the worst and be happy if it isn't as bad as that.
