Not everyone treats credits the same. Did you satisfy whatever requirements are necessary for your degree program?

I transferred 36 credits from Morristown, earned 19 via CLEP, and took 83 on campus for a bs in actuarial science from Robert Morris University near Pittsburgh, PA.
Took 5 semesters to get my degree.

so basic my best option would be to find a place that would let me transfer the max credits from BMG do some CLEP and take a course or two?

Not sure what university would let you transfer all but 6 credits. Doesn't leave them with much tuition $$ to collect from you.

I'm totally new to this- so theres no way that an online college will let me transfer out my credits?

Would taking enough CLEP courses work if i'm not registered in BMG?

Check if Aleks is still ACE accredited. You may be able to get from some math (and perhaps other topics as well). The good part is that it's on your own schedule and in the convenience of your home.

P.S. Dono why this thread is in JS...

There are a few colleges that accept a lot of transfer credits, and even 'soft' credits like CLEP. Usually up to 96.  The you have to do 1 year of 32 credits through them. You also need enough credits in one concentration -Judaic studies, for example- and you need enough advanced (higher level learning) credits.  These are some I heard of.  I don't know if they will still work:  Empire State College of SUNY, Mercy college, Excelsior college.

I spoke with TTI (http://testingandtraining.com) and they claim they can transfer up to 40 credits and with cramming you can get degree in 6-9 months. TTI work thru Excelsior college (mentioned above) among others.

I think Thomas Edison State College will accept up to 120 credits.  You can transfer what you have so far and finish up through Cleps, straighterline, and aleks depending on the major.

There's no way they would let me transfer credits and finish with Cleps
