I always thought that the inquiries are reported once a month to the credit bureaus? So if someone applies for three cards in one hour they should be fine?

1 pull for both personal cards, another for the business card.

I'd say it's more often than once a month. Probably daily.

Current balance is reported once a month, inquiries aren't "reported", once there's an inquiry, well, they've inquired so the bureau obviously knows!
