How to check multiple car rental locations

Is there any rental car search engine where i can check rates for the cheapest location within a certain radius? Lets say check rates for a one way rental from any location near ewr to any location near fll?

on most car rental sites, they will have the area locations. I believe enterprise is the main car rental with the most local/non airport rentals. just type in the zip or city

re; one way rentals, this is a bit tricky as many car rental companies will not do it, and if they will, it will usually carry a $100 - $150 one way drop off fee.
