Did he login to your website? If it's all email you need to have him login to a page where he can fillout info or anything for the porpoise of capturing his ip.

Also, what were the first six digits of the CC? These can often indicate which bank issued the card. If the card isn't issued in Tuvalu...

I checked these email in multiple databases and there I no date at all, this is a big con.
