Iceland photography trip happening in May. We depart Sunday 5/12, arrive 5/13. Head to the north of Iceland, spend 4 days photographing the amazing waterfalls, landscapes, and thermal features. Take a scenic flight for aerial photography (regularly scheduled commercial flight in a low-flying Twin Otter, so not a dedicated "sightseeing" flight - 3 legs, approx. 2 hours in the air). Return Friday the 17th.
This is strictly geared toward photographers, which means crazy hours, long drives, and spending hours at a single location. If you're into photography, this is absolute heaven. However if you aren't, you will be completely bored and this trip is not for you 😄.
Food will be catered by Shua from L'orchidee Catering who did our Antarctica trip. He will be coming along and will be responsible for all the weight we'll be gaining.
Cost is $2000 and includes all food, lodging (we have our own house in the Icelandic countryside), transport, fees, etc - everything but the flights to and from Iceland (the scenic flight IS included).

(Note regarding the hechsher: Shua's establishment is under the MK (Montreal Kosher), but they require us to state that as soon as anything leaves his premises they are no longer responsible, and that Shua's participation on this trip is not as their representative.)
