Happens to be this guy is very intelligent... He's probably the only guy in El Al management that actually cares, and accepts feedback and suggestions from others.

I wonder how much this VP for Digital and Innovation gets paid in order to care and accept feedback and suggestions, as well as say nothing in a lot of words.

At least he agrees that ELAL needs a DNA change.

Sure thing. No denying that. I didn't say that he's a good web designer/programmer. But he cared enough to make a new website. (nobody before cared about the terrible site) Just a shame that the guy who did it did a terrible job. Hopefully, they will fix the issues quickly....

I was just responding on the way he the depicted the person.
I heard from others in the industry who have met with him (face to face), and were quite impressed with the guy, and what he does.
I also don't think that he's being terribly successful in turning around the company, but he's definitely trying quite hard. (He does have a much harder job than you and I....) And he definitely seems to have more brains than the current CEO...

And their terrible website went from bad to worse while they invest in technology to be able to offer passengers that might stay in the same hotel some sort of ride sharing. ::) ::) ::) It's about total customer experience and engagement, not just the flight.  ::) ::)

There is a wall between 20 and 21

Row 17 has slightly more space but you're right behind the bathroom.
