I guess my biggest question is why is Matmid so convoluted? You need a PhD to understand the program.
Is there a reason the program can't be run like an American FFP?

I don't have an educated answer.
But it's not impossible to think that it's complicated on purpose - so that clients don't realize the poor value / lack of comparability vs other airlines

I guess the biggest reason for that is lack of any airline partners (for redemption, and IINM also for earnings) which gives no impetus for fundamental change from the originally devised scheme that might work for a single airline/participant loyalty plan.

Wow. LY, who is still controlled by the former board until rosenberg appoints a new one, just filed to the TASE a letter saying that they noticed that Knafaim is controlled by Kenny Rozenberg and not by Eli, and so according to them it's a breach of the holding permit.

It's amazing how Moses will fight this until their last breath. Meanwhile she didn't invest a single shekel during the capital raise last week
