The plan for the private jet was for Bibi and his wife alone, with the delegation flying separately

I didn't bash and don't think there is anything wrong with taking a job when leaving government, I left those "........" in there so everyone can interpret the way they want, obviously you can by default chose the negative one. I ended with "good for him", I really do wish him all good.

El Al will supposedly offer a 125% voucher for all cancelled flights.
I don't understand this.
If El Al raises their prices that wipes out the extra 25%.

For example, if I paid $1000 for a ticket and I get a voucher for $1250, by the time I redeem the voucher chances are the ticket prices will have gone up to approximately $1250 wiping out any benefit.

Am I missing something?

I personally hope the Rosenbergs hire a solid bean counter like Kirby only then can you start thinking about passenger experience, rows in the back and points program, without a financial plan there won’t be an airline at all. And a JV with a US airline will not hurt at all....DL ?
