technically yes but it takes time to issue a voucher and sometimes your hold will expire before new one is issued and you are then left with nothing

i have 2 seperate reservations that were canceled by elal, and yet to be refunded

They have been matching status for years.

Is there a way to get 1 voucher for multiple passengers on a reservation, combine vouchers after getting them or use multiple vouchers for a new booking? I have a few tickets I’m looking to cancel but don’t want to have to make separate reservations when I want to rebook.

1 yes 2a no 2b yes most travel agents cam use up to 2 vouchers per passenger even on same reservationas for example if there is  2 passenger they can use 2 to issue the first ticket amd a different 2 to issue the 2nd one and so on and so forth
