+1 i get through to the every time. I am a platinum member and when i put in my membership number the wait is signifigantly shorter. What i am upset about is their total ignorance regarding EWR and JFK being in 2 different states with $50+ in tolls between them! I did manage to get my flight rebooked from TLV to the 12:30 AM flight to EWR. I think HUCA will work for this.

ELAL Changed my flight from TLV to JFK instead of EWR. I then had them change me to a earlier flight to EWR being that my original flight to EWR was not operating anymore, am i entitled to compensation?

During the peak of the pandemic, when there was hardly any travel, there was no dedicated line.

But they have had a dedicated line for biz for over 6 months. It's not always at the same place though
