It's a shame they are only launching this after most countries dropped requirements to present any forms..  ::)

Had my EWR flights cancelled and got put on the JFK...
Trying to get refund for the car service price difference (as Dan wrote...)
Used the online form- no answer. When reaching them on phone they tell me there's nothing they can do...
Anyone with any tips?

Anyone can help me?

I already opened 2 cases 2 weeks apart- no response. Has anyone gotten a response when filing a case online?

What is the policy and process to change the return flight on El Al after the initial flight had been flown? Was booked through Chase. What are the fees? Do I contact El Al (if even possible) or Chase? Thanks in advance.

I know people have said to use an agent when booking El Al. However I did not know this and booked with Chase UR. Seems like I need to pay $100 per ticket (3 tickets me, wife , child)to pick a seat. Any ideas how to waive the fee? Thanks

We were able to reserve seats even though we booked El Al through Chase UR.

I met with LY head of service this morning as part of a meeting with TPs.

Nothing materially incremental, they are mostly collecting feedback and suggestions.

The only interesting thing is that they are opening a call center in the Philippines shortly, that will be in charge of handling calls with English speakers around the clock

I think for most things it will be helpful to have someone to talk to.
They explained that as of now they have 60% less employees dealing with more calls than Pre-Covid, and my understanding is that they can't hire more given their agreement with the Ministry of Finance (as a condition to receive State financing). So the only ways to improve service is to have strong tech and more outsourced service for low value added tasks

the State would rather they outsource jobs to the Philippines rather than hire Israeli's?
Somehow, not surprising

I just booked 2 seats on Elal. Need to add a lap infant. Is there any way to do this after the adult tickets are issued? I booked them on priceline who doesn't allow booking lap infants. I realize now that had i booked directly with elal i couldve included the baby in thebooking.
I took the last 2 seats at that price. Should i cancel with priceline and hope the seats come back? Or is that unlikely?
Or should i hope i manage to reach elal somehow to add the baby.? Is it even possible to add a baby to a priceline booking?

Anyone have experience with this?  Would really appreciate any input
