what's the fastest way to reach EL AL these days?

EL AL told me to contact Chase which I did and Chase has not been able to get a response from them since Friday! Thats crazy even chase travel cant reach ELAL on their own dedicated agency line. I know EL Al is bad in customer service but this bad? What if someone has an upcoming flight that they were entitled to change(due to significant flight change) but cant because NO ONE can reach airline.

you mean go to EWR and speak to el al agent? But booked it with chase points. On the phone el al said chase needs to make change.

yup they tell you to call them!

Dan anyway you can advise EL Al about implementing a better customer service response time and methods etc.... This is insane. They are so far behind US airlines and other international airlines

I heard at JFK they won't help you changing a flight. Can I go to tlv and ask them to change a later flight?

Finally was able to change flight for free for next day. El AL apparently only lets you switch to the day before or day after original flight if there is a significant travel change on their part?
anybody ever was able to also argue that their seat location should be matched for free. Originally passenger had a window seat and now with new flight only middle seats available unless we purchase window for $99. Do you think I have a good argument to get that waived and match the original seat location(window) since it all stems from their significant travel change?

I don't think there is much loose food (ice cream, deserts etc). The snacks are all or mostly mehadrin iirc.
Non mevushal wine - some rely on the kula of תינוקות שנשבו.

ex-NYC standard meal is mehadrin just not double wrapped in oven some ppl take that over SKML ex-nyc
