Being near a bassinet increase the chances that you will be near a baby

No big difference
If you can get the first row, 21 in the dreamliner it's significant and worth every $ IMHO..you get more legroom than in premium

It's probably just blocked and needs to be purchased through the call center. You can check on expert flyer. It will tell you.
IINM 21ABC are blocked for TP until a few days before the flights, DFG it's same but for people with babies. So i think only HJK are available for grab beyond just a few days before the flight.

Elal space has nothing to do with premium. It's a regular economy seat with an extra inch or two

I am flying El Al Tuesday night out of Newark, 9:00. There are no free seats available on the flight. What will happen when I show up? I would love to be bumped for a price, or upgraded. Is there anything I can do to increase the chances of that happening? Should I not check in online?

There are plenty of empty 'space' seats left. IINM they open them up 24h before departure, or give out those seats during check in. They won't bump you or upgrade you

If you're willing to pay, check how much the space seats are going for.
Alternatively I'd check in online the minute it opens and see what's available

I'm looking to book SPACE seats for my parents, and I see there are regular seats and also emergency exit row seats for $99 each.
If Im not mistaken, I seem to recall the exit seats have tons of leg room - does it make sense they have more than the regular row SPACE seats (which in turn  have 3 inches more than economy)?

I booked those for the same reason, it is a sort of bargain relative to United that charges over $200 for that seat, but still need confirmation from someone who knows for sure.
