But you may be able to redeem for other Delta flights, cancel those for Delta flight credit, and use that flight credit to book this.

I’d assume he’s not referring to all only some. Mainly when originate abroad and many times even drastically different prices. Of course plenty that are available maybe even most. As in the e.g. originates in tlv

Would there be any way to get them to officially confirm the commission eligibility on these vouchers? because AFAIK all UATP vouchers that they are issuing under this program fall under this category.

I have a feeling it will be contigent on having a long-haul flight on the itinirary. Similar to their existing policy for Sky Team Elites

@Dan you should try to get the message across to your contacts at LY that in order to make their program attractive, they need a good US CC partnership that will include attaining status and avoiding expiration of miles. That, along with the ability to redeem on DL (and hopefully they keep EY and some other partners) will make it compelling. Let them look at AC as a model.

They know, we discussed it extensively. The previous buffoons locked them into a bad long-term deal.

It may take a month to get your refund, but it should come. I had a similar experience. Learned always to book a ticket with ElAl using a travel agent.

should the prices be the same via a travel agent? I recently reached out to one and the rates were significantly higher
