Which is better to book few tickets elal?

UR   reserve card, 82k
MR transfer to DL 92k +$60 ( plus transfer fees)

Have many more MR and prefer to use those, but possibly might cancel . DL free to cancel but then stuck with loads of points. UR seems to have $270 per ticket, that's a lot but at least it's possible.

For which dates are the tickets? Can't get an elal voucher if canceling?

Probably best option would be to buy an Elal business class ticket with MR for any dat up to APril 30, request a voucher, rebook your flights with Elal directly and pay the $29 for the protect insurance, and you will be able to request a voucher if you decide to cancel. However it can take a week till you get the voucher from Elal

EDIT: MAJOR! ELAL updated their calling system, you can now hear how much people are waiting in line and estimated wait time, they also added a callback option (didn't work with my US number only my Israeli number worked) which they will call back if possible within 1 business day  , not when the next rep becomes available

As TP member they can change a spelling typo 
Like I said no downside in trying. They also pick up the phone quicker these days.

If you have a refundable ticket just refund it.
If you meant to ask for a voucher, it takes days to get it so it's not ideal
