elal have released a lot of seats for the winter on the low fares. r/t tickets 900 - 1k  available for 92k skypesos

Very likely. But try searching as 2 one-ways can sometimes be cheaper.

When canceling an Amex travel points booking on ElAl the representative says the the voucher must be used in one shot. The new flight is cheaper. Is the voucher different than the vouchers ElAl gives now? Is there any workaround?

Strange, I'm monitoring an LY flight this week NY-TLV which now shows (via EF) as A2 for the past 12 hours already but no dice on Qantas even on the phone... showing on Alaska though

Side note: EF is worthless when it comes to A availability via alerts, they just don't send alerts on that
