A few days ago bought a flight for tomorrow and the protect $29. Trying to cancel and they said could not. Why not? Is it because it's within 24 hours of flight? Will it work to change to a later date then cancel?

Okay,  took two months, but was able to get back everything to my voucher. This was via email,very slow but they did it. Philippines was useless.

I purchased yesterday 2 extra luggages 1 per passenger on 1 pnr, while I had both luggage with me my partner checked in before me they didn't allow me to use the paid luggage on his name, they ended up charging an additional 200 for 1st bag and 260 for second being they were both overweight.is that the norm?

By default they don't offer however you can call and have it added within 24 hours (mixed results of success)

Yes, many fights have seats reserved for families, travel agents can assign you those seats.

EL AL usually opens up blocked seats 2-3 days before departure, just keep looking

So far capital one says I have to call elal, they don’t have such option and elal is saying they can add it but the travel agent has to call them….

Haha Good thinking, but I don’t think this is going to work, capital one can only sell through their system, also they don’t have a way to pay for elal and charge me for the vouchers
