What else can you do? Even if they wanted to pay you back they dont have the cash to do so. Hence the current negotiations for get $300-400 millions of loans.

We had an April 12 TLV-JFK flight which did not fly. Never received email that flight is canceled, how do I get proof that the flight did not operate?? Need it for my credit card dispute. Thanks

IMHO LY is 'too big to fail' and the government is likely keen on having an airline it can rely on when necessary.. but the unions are aware of this, especially the pilots.
LYs claim was always that they continue flying to Israel when no one else does. They just disproved that by leaving United the only scheduled airline flying to IL

Flight halt extended to May 9th.
