IMHO he had a lot of good ideas but likely didn't realize management wasnt ready to implement any of them

I wouldn't be surprised if they sue him for posting inside information publicly.

For passenger flights. They fly plenty of cargo.

I had in mind that besides de 747 Cargo mentioned above, (and I have a feeling it's leased) the rest of the fleet had been grounded and all pilots put on unpaid leave

I had a lot of hope for him. Never materialized and I think the website is even worse than before, which is saying something.
