I dont think it necessitates anything more than setting aside the back row of a flight (max 9 seats) for anyone who has a problem with their seating neighbor. And this only needs to be done on 2-3 routes on the network.

In general, rules like "if you say something about your seat you will be thrown off" can be axed immediately, and an attitude of respect to the needs of single chareidi travelles will go a long way.

Playing musical chair before each flight will not allow

It's an extremely sensitive matter. So they would need to communicate very carefully. If the frum crowd get the impression that they can ask someone else to change seats, and that this will be tolerated because the owner is frum, it will be the beginning of the end

Will they have a usable premium product so the PM won't need to sleep on the floor?

Indeed. Changes need to come gradually and in a well thought out way. Hopefully, there will be a corporate DNA change that will make this an airline I would want to fly.
I've been waiting over 5 years with bated breath for someone to say that!

Israeli law would be an impediment to an offical policy of separate seating.

There's only so much you can do to keep Halacha in a global business without using various loopholes. He doesn't shut his nursing homes down on shabbos.

There is nothing to be ashamed of, trying to cater to orthodox passengers, they make a up a big portion of their business.

Wow. I'd love to interview him.

U should do it, everyone can rewrite your article. They will anyways mess around with the wording... You shall minus we'll get it first hand!

The monsey bus had/has a mechitza on the bus. (picture huge tabelcloth hanging in the middle)
There was a while back a terrible story on the very same bus ודי לחכימא

Im not expecting that, but will be nice if they can cater to a huge portion of their business.
Always praying for delayed baggage.
