I think my best memory was 2018 IINM where they had excellent promos on Black Friday, and then even better on Cyber Monday. Since award can be changed for free (at least for TP) i was able to reprice all my upcoming tickets.

Best to wait till the ticket is reported (if issued Monday/Tuesday it's the 2nd Wednesday. If issued Wednesday-sunday is the first Wednesday)
