Yes. Write to them via their website and they will refund the seat purchases. Make sure to include the ticket number and the seat purchase numbers. (they should each be 13 digits and starting with 114)

I need to book a one way elal flight. What's the cheapest way to book? do travel agents have lower prices than elal's website?

In general recommend to use a travel agent for elal, much more than say United where what you see online is what you get, elal seems to work with protekzia. Just my observation as a passenger.

I don't see how there could be enough traffic to justify this line, but maybe I'm missing something.
