Did you figure it out? I couldn’t and I’m on a paid Elal flight. Only option I saw was if I wanted to change my flight I can rebook it in a different class.

No, they don’t allow it online. You have to WhatsApp/Call and it’s very hard to get through to them

Whatsapp is bs. I Messaged them at 8:40 this morning. I still haven’t heard back. I ended up calling them waited about a half hour on the phone. once I got through it took them 2 minutes .

It may take a month to get your refund, but it should come. I had a similar experience. Learned always to book a ticket with ElAl using a travel agent.

i also noticed tlv-lax ly drop from the 1600-1700 range to 1100-1200 range across many dates in january
just yesterday it suddenly dropped

On 1/8/24 there's a flight LY 21 non-stop from TLV-LAS. Don't see any other non-stops between TLV-LAS in either direction on any other dates. Anybody know why this would be? And any ways to book this flight with points or cheaper than the $1,300 published fare currently?  Thanks!
