In recent days we have added flights to Greece and Cyprus at uniform prices, in order to allow as many Israelis as possible to return home through these destinations. On the lines where it was possible and for which we identified demand, we increased the supply of seats by deploying a wide-body aircraft. In addition, we announced a lenient policy, according to which El Al customers who purchased a flight ticket until August 4, for a flight scheduled to take off until August 17 (inclusive), may cancel the ticket without cancellation fees and receive a voucher for redemption until December 31, 2025. Vouchers are available on all types of tickets sold at El Al: LITE, CLASSIC and FLEX. Vouchers can be issued independently on the company's website.
We operate according to the directives of the security and aviation authorities and are prepared to make changes according to the directives received. I am aware that sometimes these changes cause discomfort and therefore these days we all need to be patient.
