OK, so yeah I posted the deal in the title, but here it is in more detail:
1) Buy three gift cards - each for 50 bucks and get 10 back from Amex for each purchase.
2) Call up eBags and ask them to collapse the three GC into one - they did it for me on Friday - no problem at all
2) Now go to eBags - and use the 150 GC to buy the best roller bag there is on the market - IMHO and in this guys opinion:

Then add in the "Holiday" coupon that gets another 20% off.
So in the end, you pay:
$149.59 for the bag (after the 20% discount off the 186 price) - yeah u lose the 41 cents from the GC
- 30 from Amex
Comes to an ASSURED cost of 120 dollars (rounding up) for a GREAT roller bag
So 120 or MAYBE even less if you use a portal (hint...) Enjoy and a HT is always appreciated
