Workout music

I need to exercise more.  What songs do you guys find is best to have on my mp3 player?  I probably have the most major ones already.  (Side question - any cheap iPods?)

Im not a lot of help as I only listen J stuff.

I find tha the non-J music pollutes me, as I really live the music, and not just put up music as a background noise.
