What were they doing? Making multiple accounts?

It looks like our system prevented this order from processing because it didn't appear to comply with our terms of use. This deal has a limit of 1 per person, and any purchases beyond that limit are subject to cancellation.
Of course, if you believe this order was cancelled in error, I'd be happy to look into this further for you so we can hopefully get you that Groupon. I'll just need some information from you to get started:
• Billing address associated with the card
• Last four digits on the card
• Name as it appears on the card
• Expiration date

This is what they sent after inquiring why it was canceled.... People couldn't sign in after the order and when tried to reset passwords it says there is no account.
