Weird that it's giving you an error if your following all the T&C?
 I guess give a call to fresh direct and have them manually credit you the $50 x 2.

Actually, placed an order last week including a bottle of vodka that broke and they called mammesh 2 minutes after delivery guy left (felt bad for him) and not only replaced it the next day but the other items in the box (which weren't ruined).
