Souis vide method is great for steaks although its relatively quite time consuming
I put a dry rub of basic spices, souis vide (1-2 hours depending on a size, temperature etc), then sear in pan and it tastes great

If you are in Pheonix, you can simply leave the steak on your porch for a few hours.

James Taranto@jamestaranto   Jun 17   Accurate headline. Medium rare would be 130 degrees
