You'll have to search each leg separately, it could be that no OneWorld airline published a fare between those two cities. I'm not sure what OZ's rule is when it comes to booking an award that doesn't have a published fare between the city pairs, it could be that they'll let you do it, I known AA won't.

Correction to the charts: When searching FLL-YUL, you show Asia Miles as an option for redemption on AC. redemptions on AC using Asia Miles are only available for certain Canadian domestic routes and not available on any US routes.

I looked up flight one way from ORD to PTY and it says the cheapest is 10k + CX miles with AMerican Airlines. What does the +CX miles mean?

I understand that it means Cathay Pacifc miles but I wasn’t sure what the + sign meant. Every other airline just had the amount of miles it would be, so I am just wondering if it mean 10k Miles plus Cathay Pacific miles?
