It appears that delta raised the price for NYC-CAN to 80k OW in J, instead of 70k shown on the site.

This is a tool to check rates, not availability.

Rates change often and it doesn't really help if not available unless it's a general info. Which is as good as a wiki

Rates don't really change often and when they do the attempt to update it.
If this is as good as a wiki than I take it you never really searched for award availability.

The rates are always the same until an airline changes them, I'm not sure what you're looking for in a date field.
