Again. They do not operate on weekends and are within the distance of a school as prescribed by the law. Being that it is Illegal for Schools to be Open there is no legal parameter for the speed cameras to operate!

Their excuse is the private schools.When you're driving on an empty Ocean Parkway- which shouldn't have speed cameras on the main road and at least a speed limit of 30 (maybe even 35)- it's easy to hit 35 (or 36).
