 But I'm sure an officer can see more then what a dealer has on his end. And why would an officer want to know who the guy is?
 Cops don't need to know it's jack blue who sprayed his plates, all he does is issues a ticket and done deal.

I have not, but I may or may not know others...

It needs a few coats, and don't speed past them because you sprayed this. They can always do detective work to find you.

Bend your plate, cover with a leaf, install a backup camera and crack the metal plate to hang over one of the letters of your plate, in English buy some cheap backup cam and install with the screws and crack the plastic or metal frame.
Or a bike rack..
  Endless amount of ways...
All these sprays used to work, but now that it's a recording these reflective sprays will not work.
 They take a screenshot of the video!
   Unless you spray paint it gray/silver which basically makes it as if you scraped the plate ,that's about the only way the camera is not catching your plate number.
  You got to be creative and then your good to go...
 Good luck..
 All the known ideas won't be out there, take one of my ideas and use it or make up something similar to what I suggested!
   And 5mph won't make a difference, so control yourself not to go over 35mph!

Tonz of traffic! No parking, don't know what grass is in Brooklyn, and ASP tickets and cleaning every week ,two times a week.. and to top it off a speeding camera on every other block! RETARDED!!
   Just when i was learning in BMG, and was living in Lakewood, wow I must say, yes it's getting there by the day with the amount of traffic, but parking is still a breeze (obviously not by bmg Area), and you actually know what grass is.
   Growing up in Brooklyn all my life, makes me appreciate when I go elsewhere and see grass and can find a spot without circling 8 times!

    But then again living in Toronto or Lakewood is not Brooklyn! Each state or country has its benefits..
