does anyone know if you can use the tor browser, to sign into 2 ebay accounts from the same pc

Of course. You can just use an incognito window too, depending what you're trying to accomplish.

I am trying to buy staples gift cards from 2 different ebay accounts and i dont want to get shut down

Of course. You can just use an incognito window too, depending what you're trying to accomplish.

yes Paypal will most likely suspend your account (or put it into limited mode and you'll need to upload ID / proof of residence / etc to have it be returned to functional order) if you access it over Tor. Don't use Paypal over Tor.

Back in the days of Amazon Payments I would get a password reset email if I tried to login over tor.

If they don't mind proxy sites then it's fine, IME with Amazon they usually give issues.
