If you can share your experiences and recommendations it would be much appreciated.

Your right should have been clearer, I want to hear/learn/discuss of how real coaching works, the different options etc. within coaching.... not so much for a coach to coach me.

That's one way of looking at it, another is to find coaches to be able to converse with.
