Looking for a cheap windows tablet

Looking for a cheap windows tablet. Thinking about buying a older refurbished surface rt for $150 or something, any other good choices?
Looking for one with a larger, and good screen (specifically a very good feel and response wise, touch screen); external memory slot, and fair wifi connectivity. Bad battery life is not an issue as it will be in one place near an outlet most of the time.

They sometimes have this or very similar to this on sale for $60-$70.

Actually looking for one to use for just pdf reading. Big good touch screen is needed for scrolling which with a bad touch screen is horrible. And wifi is to connect to the printer.

I guess not the same. Check out polaroid refurb on amazon. I used to sell them way nack and they worked well.
