Gotta get from TLV to CLE in August. Help!

Hi all,

I have 3 or 4 ppl to get from TLV to CLE leaving in late July/early August and returning in late August/early September.
Continental is showing no availability, either online or by phone.
Our primary mileage balances are approx:
300k - CO
75 - United
280 - MR points
135 - Starwood
110 - Cap One (hopefully)

Any ideas?? I may have to try to find s/o to pay to see what they can find if I can't get help here.

if you're talking economy you have more than enough miles to get there in numerous ways.  but you have to be much more specific when exactly you're looking to go.  what restrictions you have in terms of stopovers. does everyone have to be on the same flights. etc.

Thanks to all. Here are some more details.

We want Economy so we can afford to return to the US next summer.

I'm seeing CO at 140K each, but at that point, it's too many miles.

For dates:
Leaving the earliest 7/28 (Thursday, so I need to be careful about shabbat) or anytime after, but the sooner the better.

For returning, no earlier than 8/28 (Sunday) and preferably the 29th or 30th.

Those dates are for 3 tix (wife, 4 and 2 year olds). For me, it'll be for 2 weeks during this time, but am unsure which weeks. (Probably the end part though)

Prefer no more than 1 stopover, but could manage 2 if it'll save miles/cost.

Besides that availability is terrible all round.

So, on star alliance I've checked Continental, Austrian, Air Canada, US Airways, Spanair, Lot, Lufthansa, Swiss, Turkish, Brussels, non have availability.
The only flight out of TLV is on Aegean but then youre stuck in Athens.

OneWorld, British, Iberia, Malev etc. no availability...

Delta almost always has availability. True but its really expensive, you may as well fly Business (if it were available)
There are more but basically nothing feasible without at least 3 stops or a 10 hour overnight stopover.

The way back is not a problem...it just seems that everyone is leaving TLV that week...

Any possibility of paying for one way and using miles for the other?

It's the time of year. And the fact that you're looking for multiple seats...

You may want to see where in Europe CO has availability into the states and just look for a cheap ticket from Israel. It's not so easy with little ones but if you  are locked in and have no other choice...

Thanks to Aussiebachur I found seats at a good price through AA, with an extra Europe stopover.
Total cost for the 4 of us was just under 4.5k, better than I could have hoped for...
