They have all year round with the receipt u get back, showing ur purchase, it says if u fill out the survey u get a code and the next visit to dd u get a free donut with any purchase of a drink! The number that's written is either 5-6 numbers and they have nothing to do with getting the reward! They take ur receipt when redeeming and toss it in the garbage so save ur self time from filling out surveys just write 5-6 numbers on it (chck on the site once to see how many numbers are written to be able to do the same! ,or if wanting to be a mentch then fill out the survey, knowing u didn't steal to get a free dounut! )
