My question is if I'm crazy if I do it in bedroom? Will it get carpet wet? Can I get a hose to fill it up from my bathtub? Is there a way to empty the water into my bathtub with a hose?

Sounds nuts imho.

Do it outside or forget it. - this is essentially a kiddy pool. You don't make a pool inside.

You can get an adapter to hook up garden hose to kitchen sink.
