need help booking mileage ticket

I am a rookie (at best) at these things, I have 50,000 co miles would like to fly from vancouver april 27th (weds) and fly back april 29th (fri)- can be seattle or such Please all help would be very appreciated. I am trying my own research but i doubt it will be helpful

i know seattle is like 2 or so hrs from vancouver but i am willing to fly from there if need be

i told you i was a rookie  yes flying from vancouver/seattle to new york for a wedding and then flying back to pick up my family who for shabbos. We are coming back sun night as of now
