All depends on the details and how it's framed.
Speak to a lawyer to an idea what it's worth before speaking to company.
Otherwise just speak to company to get some coupons.

Got six 2.5 oz bags of Mike and ike for glue in the box, and two huge bahs of ferara pan (while they where kosher) for a miscounted bag.
